VSIP Consulting Inc. was founded 1999 in Victoria, British Columbia Canada. Wolfgang Zilker owned a company in Germany for 15 years prior to moving to Canada.
He has been working mainly with IBM Midrange systems and PC networks, and has specialized in individual Internet/Intranet applications for Banks, Insurance Companies, Tourism Industry and private firms.
